  • What should I expect during my first visit?
No matter what session you book, I’ll always greet you with warmth and give us a moment to catch up. If it’s your first visit, we’ll chat about your intentions, any important details about your body, and your medical history so I can tailor the experience just for you. From there, it’s all about helping you relax, restore, and feel your best—mind, body, and soul!
  • Do you accept same-day appointments?
I don’t offer same-day bookings, as I’m currently scheduling 3-4 weeks out. But don’t worry—if you don’t see a time that works, you can join my waitlist, and I’ll let you know if a spot opens up!
  • Do I need prior yoga experience to join a class?
Not at all! Our yoga sessions are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Modifications and variations will be provided to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

We offer a range of therapeutic massage services, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, and prenatal massage. Each session is customized to your needs to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.
  • How often should I get a massage for the best results?
The frequency of massages depends on your wellness goals. If you're managing chronic pain or stress, we recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions. For general relaxation and maintenance, a monthly massage can be beneficial.
  • What should I expect during my first massage session?
Before your session, we will discuss your health history, any pain points, and wellness goals. You will be comfortably draped, and we will use techniques suited to your needs. After the session, we may provide self-care tips to enhance your benefits.
  • What is sound healing, and how does it work?
Sound healing uses instruments like Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes to create vibrations that help reduce stress, balance energy, and promote deep relaxation. These frequencies can help align your body and mind, improving overall well-being.
  • Is sound healing suitable for everyone?
Yes! Sound healing is a gentle, non-invasive therapy suitable for all ages. However, if you have certain medical conditions (such as epilepsy, a pacemaker, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy), please consult your doctor before booking.
